• Splash Illustration is a horizontal/vertical half or full body painting, including a fully rendered character, background, environment, pets, etc. It comes with wallpaper sizes when requested. - $250-$350

Terms of Service

--IMPORTANT TO READ PRIOR TO HIRING ME--Below you will find:

________🔹 HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION: 🔹• Send me the idea of your commission in DMs or email, then the full details after approval through google forms (in a link which I will provide). If there is an issue, I reserve the right to decline a commission even after accepting it.• I don't draw nsfw, full visible nudity, mecha, or furry.• Paypal invoices will be sent after your approval of the base concept. Once paid, I'll start working on it. Cancellation after this point will be considered a scam & no refunds will be given.
Each commission takes 1-3 weeks, and I work only on one artwork at a time. I take Saturday & Sunday off.• Unless the rights to use have been purchased, I will not hand out un-watermarked artworks due to copyright purposes.• These prices are NOT for commercial use (any activity that promotes an item or generates revenue is commercial use).
Commercial use prices are different and if you'd like to hire me for freelance work, please contact me through my email.Using my art for NFTS or AI whether or not it's commissioned is completely prohibited.🔹 WHAT COSTS EXTRA: 🔹The final cost varies depending on the complexity of the desired artwork or circumstance, such as:• Urgent/Deadline commissions will have an added percentage cost based on the deadline. The sooner the date required is, the higher the percentage.• Changes made to already painted parts of the image once the concept has been approved. The first 3 changes will be free, but after that, it will be an added $5-$10 to each change.• An additional character within the image is the same price with a 10% discount.
2 persons per a single image max.• Semi-detailed backgrounds: $15-$30 / detailed background: $40-$80.• Leaving the design of the character, attire, or weapons up to me.• Tattoos, warpaint, masks, deep scars, complex hairstyles, exquisite jewelry, detailed outfits, armors, & dresses. However, simple studs & necklaces are free.• For Patreon subscription tiers: Discounts are applied to the base price of the commission, not the additional details.I will take creative freedom in anything you do not give me explicit detail of in picture reference or description.
i.e - pose, facial features, hair, clothes, atmosphere...etc.🔹 COMMERCIAL RIGHTS PURCHASE 🔹[ All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create any project remain the property of Cryhollow ]If you'd like to use my artwork anywhere on your social media while you're working in entertainment, are an author, a twitch streamer, youtuber, public figure...etc, then a percentage of rights shall be as follows depending on how I determine your audience size and the benefit you'll gain. I will negotiate only if you are a small business based on a number of factors I can induce.1- The right to use my artwork either on your socials, pieces accompanying your books, stickers,...etc. I will still keep the rights and have a smaller signature visible on the artwork: 200-950% of the original price.2- The full rights to do with the artwork as you please without my signature (only available to authors, book covers, companies, and big public figures): Market standard pricing. Contact me via email for further information.WORK PROCESS:• I will provide you with 2-3 poses and concepts to choose from.
Once I'm done with the base sketch & coloring of the overall concept, I will send it to you for approval. You may request any changes, even major, and I will accommodate.
Once everything is to your satisfaction, I will send the invoice.
Only after the invoice is paid will I continue working on the artwork, and I will update you with continuous progress in screenshots via DMs.• You're welcome to ask for any changes, tweaks, additions...etc. until I'm completely done with the image. If the change is complex/includes a repaint, it will be free only for the first 3 changes; afterwards, it will cost extra. If you're unsure if what you wish edited will have a cost or not, simply ask!
Once the final result is approved and sent, there will be no further editing.• Once you're satisfied with everything, I'll send the full resolution image to you through google drive & upload a smaller version on my social media. If you'd like to post it yourself, go ahead! Just give me a mention.
